I have 2 soft touch boxwood shrubs that look dead except for a little green around the bottom should I replace
I have 3 different kinds the reg. boxwood the heleria and the soft touch which is my favorite because it doen’t have to be shaped and trimmed I’m not sure what happened to the 2 that look dead because there are 2 more in the same area that are fine they have been planted about 4 years. Is there hope of them coming out since there is a little green around the bottom?I live in north west TN. We haven’t had trouble with any of our landscaping plants until now.
I’d give them some time too. Most boxwoods will get kind of rusty colored leaves in the winter, but they are really hardy, and tend to come back really green when the temps start to hit 60degrees for more than a week or so.
