What are some easy to maintain plants/shrubs?
My roommate just bought a house and wants to do some new landscaping/planting. He’s fairly lazy and won’t want to plant new things each year. I think daffodils and tulips are cool b/c they come back by themselves every year. And aren’t boxwoods the one that smell like cat pee? Any suggestions would be welcome!
If you like the blossoms I’d get some iris which bloom later than the tulips and daffodils.
Forsythia gets those pretty little yellow blossoms very early in the year even before the tulips.
