Coaching is a partnership between coach and client. Some clients hire a coach to help them prepare for an interview or audition or write a proposal for an exhibition. Others hire a coach for a couple of sessions just to help them sort through new ideas or set a new realistic goal. Some clients with a big deadline ahead such as a book contract or exhibition date might choose to schedule a series of sessions to create an opportunity for accountability and maintain creative momentum. People dealing with life transitions often use a creativity coach to help find a new career direction.
One session or a dozen, it’s always up to you to decide when and how often a coaching session would be of benefit to you.
The goal of a coaching session is to help you push the reset button on your career. Through careful questioning, challenges that have been keeping you from your creative work are evaluated and replaced with practical strategies for getting back on track and maintaining momentum.
A one-on-one private coaching session in person or by phone may be scheduled for a half hour ($40) or full hour ($75).
Romney coaches individuals one-on-one for an hour and fifteen minutes or phone coaching is available. Romney also coaches small groups.
