Buying and planting Dense Yew or Green Velvet Boxwood?

I’m in the Toronto area and was wondering where the cheapest/best place would be to buy these kinds of shrubs or plants. And after buying these plants, how would one go about planting these kinds of bushes? I intend to use these to build a natural fence around the front of my property.

Boxwood is very nice, but slow growing so it would take years to fill in as a fence or for privacy. Whatever evergreen you decide on, be sure to water once a week with at least 2 gallons of water. Do this for the first year, then in the spring of the next year, start feeding with something like Miracle Gro for Evergreens. Yews are faster growing and can be pruned and shaped nicely.
