Queensland Australia.l need help in selecting a garden tree?
Hi fellow Queenslanders,l need help in selecting a tree for my back yard.My yard is very small.Measures 8 x 10 metres.
l am wanting to put a tree slap bang in the middle.l am wanting a tree that will give me some good shade as it grows and one that will definitely not have a vigorous root system.l am into flowers and shrubs, but have no idea about trees.hoping some keen gardener can help me here.l appreciate any answers. And thanks to those that reply.l live in the Darling Downs.
Ruby.
Hi Ruby,
I’m on the Sunshine Coast. Maybe you could think about a native like a bottle brush or wattle. You should go visit a local native nursery.
Cheers
