What kind of plant is this?

I want to plant this plant, but I do not know what it is. I seen it while I was vacationing in Oregon… I do not know how to put pictures on here so if someone can tell me how that would be wonderful so you can see the plant. It is like a bush/shrub, with these VERY pretty pink flowers on them. I went in May so I dont know if it is just a bloom (the flowers) or something permanently on there. Again I have pictures in my computer to show you if you can tell me how to post a pic on here.
