How to care for a baby pine tree indoors?
I found a little baby pine tree outside and since fall is here and winter isn’t too far away I decided to bring it inside because it is so small and cute and I am afraid it would die if left outside during the winter. (I live in Minnesota) So, I looked at a couple pine tree sites but they are not much help because I had no idea what kind of pine tree it is because it is so small, only like 1 inch tall altogether. But only 1/3 of that is actually needles! So I was hoping someone could help me with basic pine tree care for a little baby tree like this. How much should I water it, what kind of light to put it in, how big the pot should be, or anything else that could be useful so I can keep it happy! Thanks!
I did a Google search on this and did find some sites that tell you how to grow pine trees from seed. Based on that I would say your little pine will grow inside the house. If you do a Google search on how to grow pine trees from seed you should find some helpful information on one of those sites. I hope this helped! Good luck wishes from the pine tree state
