looking fora privacy shrub to plan along my fence?

I have a 6 ft. fence in my back yard but the neighbors porch is pretty tall so when they are standing on the backporch they can watch us in the pool. I’m looking for a shrub that grows pretty fast and tall to plant along the fenceline for privacy. I have two in mind but not sure which is better. Red Tip Photinia or leann cleyera. Which would you recommend. I dont really want something that is going to put flowers in my pool during the summertime either.

You would probably be better off with an evergreen hedge like Thuja or (x Cupressocyparis Leylandii). They will grow 12 feet tall or more.
