Can a small indoor cat survive in 0 degree weather?
He ran out 1/14 and hasn’t been seen athough some food I put out was missing the next night. I’ve left the garage door open and put food & bedding in it, put more food & bedding (with warmers) by front door, place our clothing around, looked through everyones trees & shrubs, handed out fliers, and notified vets, animal control & police. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated. I’m losing hope.
Cats are very resourceful and it sounds like you’ve done everything you can to make it easier for your cat to make it out in the cold. What a stressful time for you. I can’t think of too many times that are worse when you love a cat. I’ll send out some positive energy to the kitty universe for your cat’s safe return. Good luck and be well.
