Farmville Gift Guide

One of the niftiest things about Farmville is the ability to send gifts to your Farmville friends. It is a brilliant method to reinforce your bond with neighbors and it costs you nothing more than a small amount of your time. The newly improved “Send Gift” feature provides you a huge selection of possible gifts to give to your friends and other accounts since it now allows you to buy gifts at the Market.

Free Gifts

The free gifts that are offered do tend to change based on events and seasons. Nevertheless, there are always a couple different items that will definitely be welcome. You can always gift objects that are rare and can’t be bought in another way. When you’re sending trees, visit Farmville Trees to make sure that you’re gifting a tree that yields a worthwhile harvest (give Olive and Pomegranate Trees instead of Plum). Your friends will have a happy time opening presents on the 24th of December if you send lots of presents during the Christmas event. The more you give, the more likely it is that you’ll get presents too, so be sure to give your free gifts every day.

Gifts that Cost Cash or Coin

Just recently, Farmville added a feature which enables you to buy gifts at the Market to give to your friends. You can purchase these items with either Farm Cash or Farm Coin. Some examples are Pink Toolshed, Orange Tabby, Large Pond. You can strengthen your friendship with your friends by sending them a big-ticket item that they cannot afford.

Not Spoiled, Gifted!’

You need to leave gifts in your Gifts Box until you accumulate a certain number of different gifts to get the “Not Spoiled, Gifted” achievement. Once your Gifts Box has 21 unique gifts, the blue ribbon will be given to you. Use or sell your identical items. These identical items only take up farm space that is essential in order to get this ribbon!

Requests

If you have many neighbors, you will usually get a great number of gifts. Not all of these gifts will be ones you like—I mean, just how many reindeer can a person really use?? Farmville has predicted this and permits you to sell extra or unwanted gifts right from your “Gifts” box. You can put a note on your field to avoid receiving unwanted gifts and hopefully people will look at it before gifting you. You can do the same for other players.

Dual Accounts

If you are using dual accounts to level up more quickly in Farmville, gifts can be a great bonus. Send yourself the things each of your two farms needs. Send yourself the items that your other account can’t manage to pay for. Do this if one of your farms has more coins than another. To build up your two farms into huge plantations, just use your common sense and be patient.

Be a great neighbor!. Read Farmville Neighbors for more information.
